Available Positions

Accountant

The core responsibilities for this role include preparing tax returns for families and businesses, handling business accounting tasks such as bank reconciliations, balance sheets, and income statement analysis. Additional duties involve Excel-based projects and sales tax returns. While previous experience is beneficial, it may not be strictly necessary depending on the candidate's strengths. This position requires a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, strong mathematical and analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office and computerized accounting systems. Performance will be measured by the effectiveness of achieving results in a team-oriented environment. There will be an initial 3 to 6-month employment period to evaluate synergy. Compensation begins with an hourly rate, with salary and health insurance subject to further review. Pursuing a CPA track is considered a significant plus.

Administrative Assistant

Responsible for providing administrative support to the accounting team, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing physical and digital files. Excellent organizational and communication skills are required to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Data Entry Specialist

Tasked with accurately inputting financial data into the firm's database systems. This role requires high typing speed, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information securely.

Customer Service Representative

Acts as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing basic information about the firm's services, and directing calls to the appropriate accounting professionals. A friendly demeanor and strong problem-solving skills are essential.

IT Support Technician
