Labour and Maintenance Positions (17)

1. Production Line Operator (Potato Chips)

Position Overview: Operate and monitor automated potato chip production equipment including slicers, fryers, and seasoning systems to ensure consistent product quality and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities - Production Line Operator (Potato Chips):

Monitor process parameters such as oil temperature, frying time, and seasoning application rates to ensure consistent product quality. Conduct visual quality inspections of products throughout the production process and make necessary adjustments to maintain specifications. Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of production equipment according to established procedures. Collaborate with maintenance teams to identify and report equipment issues that may affect production efficiency or product quality. Maintain accurate production records and communicate effectively with shift supervisors regarding production status and any operational concerns.

2. Extrusion Machine Operator
