Available Positions in Maintenance and Production

We are expanding our teams in Switzerland and are looking for skilled professionals to support our advanced manufacturing operations. We offer a modern, safe, and innovative work environment where your expertise will be valued and developed.

1. Polymechanic (Polymechaniker EFZ)

Position Overview: A versatile, high-skilled role responsible for manufacturing, assembling, and maintaining our complex production machinery and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities - Polymechanic:

Manufacture precision components for our production lines using CNC milling, turning, and grinding machines. Assemble and commission new machinery and automation cells. Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults on production equipment. Collaborate with engineers to optimize machine performance and develop new manufacturing solutions. Conduct demanding preventive maintenance tasks and document all work in our CMMS.

Required Qualifications: Swiss Federal VET Diploma as a Polymechaniker EFZ. Strong experience with CNC programming and complex machine repair is essential.

2. Automation Technician (Automatiker EFZ)

Position Overview: Ensure the highest availability and performance of our automated systems, from robotic cells to complex, networked production lines.

Key Responsibilities - Automation Technician:

Troubleshoot and repair electrical and control system faults on all automated equipment. Perform PLC programming (Siemens S7/TIA Portal) for diagnostics, modifications, and optimizations. Maintain and configure industrial robots (ABB, Kuka). Install, test, and commission new sensors, drives, and control components. Support the continuous improvement of our automation landscape. Ensure all systems comply with Swiss safety standards.

Required Qualifications: Swiss Federal VET Diploma as an Automatiker EFZ. In-depth knowledge of PLC systems and industrial robotics is required.

3. Plastics Technologist (Kunststofftechnologe EFZ)

Position Overview: A key role in our core business, responsible for operating and optimizing our state-of-the-art injection molding and extrusion lines.

Key Responsibilities - Plastics Technologist:

Set up and operate complex injection molding or extrusion machines for our piping systems and fittings. Optimize process parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time) to ensure maximum quality and efficiency. Mount and dismount heavy molds and tooling. Perform first-level quality control on manufactured parts using advanced measuring equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues. Document production data and contribute to process improvement projects.

Required Qualifications: Swiss Federal VET Diploma as a Kunststofftechnologe EFZ. Hands-on experience with modern plastics processing machinery is crucial.

4. Maintenance Specialist (Instandhaltungsfachmann mit eidg. FA)

Position Overview: A senior maintenance role responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing complex maintenance activities to ensure plant reliability.

Key Responsibilities - Maintenance Specialist:

Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for critical production assets. Lead troubleshooting efforts during major breakdowns. Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and implement reliability improvements. Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers. Train and mentor junior maintenance staff. Lead small maintenance-related projects.

Required Qualifications: Federal Diploma of Higher Education as an Instandhaltungsfachmann. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are required.

5. Plant Operator / Machine Operator (Anlagenführer)

Position Overview: Operate and monitor our highly automated production lines, ensuring a smooth and efficient manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities - Plant Operator:

Control and monitor entire production lines from a central control station. Perform routine machine adjustments and material changes. Conduct quality checks and document production output. Respond to machine alarms and perform first-level troubleshooting. Ensure a clean and orderly work environment. Collaborate closely with maintenance and quality teams.

Required Qualifications: Technical apprenticeship (EFZ) in a relevant field is preferred. Experience as a machine operator in a modern industrial setting is essential.

6. CNC Mechanic (CNC-Mechaniker)

Position Overview: Specialize in the programming, setup, and operation of our advanced CNC machining centers for metal and plastic components.

Key Responsibilities - CNC Mechanic:

Independently program, set up, and operate 3- and 5-axis CNC milling or turning centers. Read and interpret complex technical drawings. Select appropriate tooling and machining strategies. Perform quality control on finished parts using precision measuring instruments. Optimize CNC programs for efficiency and quality. Perform routine maintenance on the CNC machines.

Required Qualifications: Completed apprenticeship as a Polymechaniker or Produktionsmechaniker EFZ with a focus on CNC machining.

7. Logistics Specialist (Logistiker EFZ)

Position Overview: Manage the internal flow of materials, from receiving raw materials to shipping finished goods, using our modern warehouse management systems.

Key Responsibilities - Logistics Specialist:

Receive, inspect, and book incoming goods using SAP. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to store and retrieve materials. Pick and prepare materials for the production lines. Package and label finished products for shipment. Participate in inventory cycle counts. Ensure safety and orderliness in the warehouse.

Required Qualifications: Swiss Federal VET Diploma as a Logistiker EFZ. A valid forklift license (SUVA-recognized) is mandatory.

8. Quality Inspector (Qualitätsfachmann)

Position Overview: Ensure that our products meet the highest Swiss quality standards through rigorous inspection and testing.

Key Responsibilities - Quality Inspector:

Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and final products. Operate advanced metrology equipment such as 3D coordinate measuring machines (CMM), optical scanners, and material testing devices. Document inspection results and create quality reports. Issue non-conformance reports and participate in root cause analysis. Calibrate measuring and testing equipment.

Required Qualifications: Technical background with further training in quality assurance. Experience with industrial metrology is a strong advantage.
