Manufacturing and Production Positions (10)

1. PVC Window Production Line Operator

Position Overview: Operate automated machinery for cutting, welding, and finishing PVC profiles as part of a high-volume window assembly line.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and monitor CNC cutting and machining centers. Operate automated welding and corner cleaning machines. Perform quality checks on profile dimensions and weld integrity. Assemble window frames and sashes, ensuring proper alignment. Maintain a high level of productivity while adhering to strict quality and safety standards.

2. Aluminum Door and Window Fabricator

Position Overview: Fabricate custom and standard aluminum window and door systems, including cutting, milling, crimping, and assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication orders. Operate saws, milling machines, and corner crimpers for aluminum profiles. Assemble complex door and sliding systems like COR Vision. Install gaskets, hardware, and locks. Ensure all finished products meet precise design specifications.

3. Glass Cutting and Processing Operator

Position Overview: Operate automated glass cutting tables and processing equipment to prepare glass panes for insulated glass unit production.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and operate automated glass cutting lines, optimizing for minimal waste. Manage glass inventory at the workstation. Operate edge grinding and washing machines. Conduct quality inspections for scratches, chips, and other defects. Handle large sheets of glass safely using appropriate equipment.

4. Insulated Glass Unit (IGU) Assembly Technician

Position Overview: Work on an automated line to assemble, press, and seal double and triple-glazed insulated glass units.

Operate spacer bar benders and desiccant filling machines. Assemble glass panes with spacer frames in a controlled environment. Operate automated gas-filling and pressing machines. 5. Wood Joinery Carpenter/Machinist

Position Overview: Craft high-quality wooden windows and doors using both traditional carpentry skills and modern woodworking machinery.

6. Powder Coating and Paint Shop Operator

Position Overview: Prepare and apply powder coatings or wet paint to aluminum and steel components in a modern, automated paint shop.
