Operating under our flagship brand, Summit Appliance, we have carved a unique niche in the major appliance industry by focusing on specialty refrigeration and cooking appliances for residential, commercial, and medical markets. From our origins in Long Island City to our current headquarters in the Bronx, we have remained a proud New York-based, family-owned company. For over 50 years, we have been committed to providing innovative solutions for small spaces without compromising on quality or performance. A career at Summit Appliance is an opportunity to become part of a legacy of American manufacturing, contributing to products that are designed, engineered, and in many cases, built right here in the heart of the Bronx.
Our headquarters at 770 Garrison Avenue in the Bronx is the hub of our operations. Our operational footprint extends beyond the Bronx to support our national and international distribution. Our primary inventory is managed at a massive 270,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art warehouse in Edison, New Jersey, supplemented by a 40,000 sq. ft. overflow facility. This allows us to maintain a deep inventory and provide prompt delivery to our customers. Furthermore, our 130,000 sq. ft. stainless steel fabrication plant in Freehold, New Jersey, is equipped with advanced CNC machinery and robotic laser shearing technology. This facility enables us to produce high-quality stainless steel components and custom designs. We have also embraced sustainability by installing solar panels on the roofs of our Bronx and Edison facilities, significantly reducing our carbon footprint and demonstrating our commitment to a greener future.
